SOBO stands for "Social Bohemia", a term coined by co-founder Tre Lowe, to emphasize the importance of social connections while preserving the individual creative Bohemian spirit that makes each of us unique. The vision is to build a community deeply committed to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to support one another and the wider community, all while maintaining every ounce of creativity and freedom of spirit.

The inception of SOBO Club stemmed from a series of successful viewing parties organized in the wake of Tre Lowe's appearance on BBC - The Apprentice. These gatherings were not just about watching the show - they were about creating a unique space where individuals could come together. Entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, and creatives all found themselves in the same room, benefiting from the synergy of shared experiences and insights. The success of these events was underscored by remarkable outcomes, such as one of the contestants from The Apprentice raising over £130,000 for her new venture, thanks to connections made at these gatherings.
Inspired by the powerful impact of these events, Tre Lowe and Enas founded SOBO Club with a mission to continue connecting entrepreneurs, creatives and change-makers. By fostering an environment that nurtures innovation, collaboration, and growth, whilst enjoying life to the full.​​​
